"High volume with small margins leaves no room for error.”
PetroCycle accounts for every gallon purchased, delivered and sold.
In addition, PetroCycle consistently manages changing vendor costs
and applies updated pricing to inventory.
"Convenience store sales are collected by product categories
and sent to the corporate office."
PetroCycle can import electronic files from most POS systems, so
sales can be entered into the accounting system, placed in reports,
and monitored.
“I don’t want software to tell me how to operate my company. I
need a system that fits the way I do business.”
PetroCycle was created for the challenges of petroleum
jobbers; however, not all jobbers work in exactly the same way. The
flexibility of PetroCycle allows it to be configured to the unique
way you do business. PetroCycle does not dictate the way you run
your business – we think that’s your call.
“I want one totally integrated solution, not an assortment of
patched together packages.”
PetroCycle provides seamless integration between easy to use input
screens and Microsoft Dynamic’s world-class accounting. PetroCycle
and Dynamics are both written using the same cutting edge Microsoft
technology, so information flows in a perfect stream from input to
accounting to reporting.
“What if my business changes? Flexibility is a key component
in an accounting solution.”
What will be required of your accounting system in 5 years?
PetroCycle and Microsoft Dynamics give you the flexibility to change
your accounting system as your business evolves. Our development
team listens and responds with a solution that fits the needs of
your dynamically changing business for you needs today and into the
future.
“I want a system that is easy to use.”
PetroCycle uses only six process screens for ease of use in entering
BOLs to completion of the billing process. Classroom training, easy
to follow instructions, remote access, telephone and on-site support
make PetroCycle easy to learn.
“I want to add capability to my current system.”
Need to import and sort supplier prices, integrate new capabilities into your accounting system, or just listen to your ideas for automation? Let AxSys be your outsourced IT department for special projects.
